Fingerprint rejected twice

My daughter took a fingerprint on 10/7/04. Application Support center sent a letter that fingerprint needs to be taken again. 2nd fingerprint taken on 10/14/04. Again a letter received from USCIS stating that fingerprint needs to be taken again. We went on 10/22 for reprint, then the officer told to get the background check done from police and send it to Texas Service Center. Anyone has gone through this kind of situation.

Strange...... and u have no choice to visit again and FP done for ur daughter.

did u asked reason why it was rejected? becz of system or ?

Reject reason

The officer at the Application Support Center told that print is not coming clearly in the machine.
