My child was 12 yrs old when I got my green card

The IIO mentioned that she would have to be fingerprinted again when she reached the age of 14 years

Children under the age of 14 are not fingerprinted. Once they reach 14 years they are required to be fingerpinted and they also get a new card with their fingerprint on it.

You have to contact BCIS when your child turns 14.
