I left my previous company A, 3 months after filing for I-140 and I-485. After that I got approved EAD, AP and I-140 also. I have got approved new LC filed by my current employer B. Now I have got a Finger Print Notice letter based on previous process.
But my previous employer said that he has sent I-140 withdrawal request, but when I inquired with USCIS they said they do not have that kind of request.
I have the following questions:
1. Should I go for FingerPrint or not?
2. If I go for FP and approves the GC, later if for any case if the USCIS opens the I-140 withdrawal request, what about the possibility of getting revoked(denied) the approved GC?
3. My new employer is filing for new I-140 and I-485. Is it good or not? Because we don't know whether the previous GC may approve or not?
Please give me your valuable opinions for the above questions. I will appreciate for your suggestions.
