Want to confirm something with u guys
I have been hearing some conflicting things about fingerprint notices from this forum
According to some people their fingerprint notices contain the priority date which is their I-485 received date
But my fingerprint notice was issued on 30 sept 2004 and all I have is a notice date (30 sept 2004) and there is no sign of priority date in my fingerprint notice.
My I-140 is approved in Jan 2004 and I filed I-485 in Feb 2004 (labor substitution, non concurrent case....for further details see my signature)
Only my I-140 approval notice contains the priority date of 11 may 1998, which was the original date of filing of labor
Please tell me if fingerprinting notice contains a "priority date" field and if so why is it same as I-485 application date and not labor filing date?
