Fingerprint Notice

Hi Guys, first off, thanks for all the helpful info here. My mom and I missed our FP notice last year due to address change. Now after recently submitting medical and 325A, we finally got our code-3 FP notices scheduled for Sept 14. It seems like our case (see timeline in signature) is being looked at. Quite encouraging.

My question is that do most ASC have walk-in days/hours if we are trying to get an ealier appointment for FP? If yes, what day does it usually fall on?

Good luck to us all!!! :)

ilikegreentoo,

I can't tell if ASC's have official walk-in service but if you have a new notice in your hand, then you should try it. I missed first notice a year ago for the same reason and when I went to ASC to have the FP done, office person asked for the appointment letter, which I did not have.
As being in the same situation, can I ask you how you got your FP rescheduled? did you send a letter to CIS center where you application is pending or did you phone CIS; what did you do ???

Good luck
LJ

I called last year

Hi LJ,

I called last year after realizing I didn't get the notice and asked for rescheduling, but somehow, I never got the notice, except the confirmation for my change of address. I sorta just gave up. Then the new notice just a few days ago, that's how I figured someone IS looking at my case, and that this asking for medical and BIO is not just some massive USCIS request, because otherwise, they wouldn't have known that my mom and I were missing FP's.
