Fingerprint Notice Updates (10-18-2001)
On September 28, 2001, a new National Scheduler system began fingerprint scheduling for individuals who submitted an I-485 application on or after May 1, 2001. INS has requested that individuals allow 120 days from September 28, 2001 before making an inquiry on fingerprint scheduling.

this is unfair , so we have to wiat for FP fax inquiry for 120 days from Sept 28.
 I think something is wrong here. We should wait 120 days from ND.

Jony Lever, I think you misunderstood. It is 120 days from ND, But, it used to be 120 days from RD. I think from Sep28, they changed to 120 days from ND. Someone correct me if I am wrong in this interpretation.

 but can you try to make out what this means
