Fingerprint notice after case transfer to TSC

I've received a notice for the second fingerprinting. My I-485 case was earlier transferred from VSC to TSC.

Looks like they're acting on cases. All three bills in parliament SKIL bill, Hagel Bill and CIR, have numerical exemptions for NIW I-140 approvals. Hopefully, end of summer will be good.

Today I got FP (code1) notice, fscheduled May 8, for me and my wife.
I have seen many people who got transferred in March get the FP in May. Is it a good sign or another gimmick from USCIS.
