fingerprint no LUD, pl help

I did my fingerprint at the end of April, no LUD so far. My spouse (dependent) did the fingerprint after me, and got the "fingerprint received and case resumed" email one week later. We applied EAD together, and my spouse got the appoval. Is this still normal? please advice.
