Fingerprint, have problems on my hand

I received my fingerprints notice recently, but unfortunately when I went to take my fingerprints, the INS representative suggested me to come back later as my two of my fingers\' skin had peeled off.

Has anyone faced a similar situation. Will a Doctor\'s certificate Help (as I have this allergy)

My wife has the same problem. One of her finger is very dry and the skin peeled off. The fingerprint can not be seen. Does anybody knows what medicine can cure it? Thanks.

Visit a good dermatologist for sure ASAP. Hope it\'s not psoriasis.
