With recent improvements in USCIS, has there been any change in the fingerprint expiry times ... can someone please confirm? Or is it still 15 months? 15 months from the date it was taken - or when it is cleared by FBI? Thanks.

What recent improvements ae you talking about???
FP still expire after 15 months. Check out the article Fingers don't change but their print expire
