Fingerprint date inquiry ---What does it mean????

I talked to our great 1-800 ... Number about recent FP date enquiry date moved to June 20 2002(Mentioned in Immigration.com....TSC updates section).

She replied that, there is no "FP enquiry date" terminology with INS.
There is no processing date is being published for FP by INS.

So, i am confused.

What does it mean of

FP date enquiry date moved to June 20 2002(Mentioned in Immigration.com....TSC updates section).

Can we request for FP notice. My RD is 5/02. No FP so for.

Please share your experiences.

I have not seen this info on any tsic web site...so dont know where they get it from
