Fingerprint clear up By FBI

I know it's a stupid question to ask but just from different experiences if someone can share me that how long it can take FBI to clear up fingerprint check?
I know it could be all different timing for different individuals but atleast like to get an idea.
The reason for asking this is I applied my 485 on Dec,2000, RFI for medical & updated biography has been completed March,2005, July I had my FP code 2 biometrics ( Index print/photo/elctronic signature) done. October 14 which happens to be tomorrow I'm going to ASC for FP code 1 which is the actual finger prints as notified by USCIS.
I think as soon my FP gets cleared by the FBI an officer will start working on my adjustment case. Who knows what happens next. Hopefully I'll get approved soon.
 
Based on my observation, I guess it should take not more than a month. If they don't send you a RFE request, you might get the approval notice. Reference only.

Atique,
You and my brother share some similarities. His ND was Jan 2001.
He also had RFI and biometric done back in March 2005.

And recently, (on Oct 07), he did his bio Code 1. So far, nothing. So it is back to waiting for him.

So, let's stay in touch and update one another.

Thanks for your encouraging response. It's sure nice to hear positive things.
I was just wondering what did u mean by reference only? Also how long it usually takes one to receive the GC after that approval notice? Another weird question I know cause it mattters from one to another but just an idea.

Thanks for your response. We'll be in touch. Hopefully me & your bro get approval soon. It's already been too long we've been waiting for the sunshine to appear. We have seen so much rain already that now it's time for change.

Atique, Did your online status change that a new FP were sent?

Hi, my nd is 12/2001 and I did my last prints in 2000 I only got RFI in july of 2005. CIS got my RFI on 08/09 and nothing changed since than. I think this hasto do with names ond origin. My real name is of Arabic origin.
