Fingerprint card for EAD - Question.

Can someone verify this?

My paralegal tells me that one does not need to file the fingerprint card along with the EAD application. TSC will ask for it mid-way through the approval process.

When did this happen?!

PS: I am applying for my EAD renewal.

May be they are talking about Signature Card,

but not the Finger Print Card. INS has changed the rule about this Signature Card, long time back. INS will get your signature from the EAD Application. No additional Signature Card is required.

EAD Card

My EAD card says finger print not available, I don't remember my application asking for fingerprint anywhere. Any ideas ?
