Fingerprint before 140

I have a question, I have not yet received my 140, but I already went for fingerprint back in September and they received the finger print in first week of october and my EAC # states that the:

fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

so when do i get my 140?

any guru's have any suggestion? please let me know....
 
I was in a similar situation. See my signature. My fingerprinting was done on Mar 16, 2004 when my 140 still was not approved. 140 got approved in April. I had no issues - so you should be fine.
