Fingerprint appoitment for minor child

Hi, all:

Today I received the first NOA regarding the AOS for my son.

The document says that the next step should be the fingerprint process and I should make him an appointment for so.

However, my son is only 2 years old. I thought that the fingerprint process is waived for children under 14 years old. (Actually I didn’t pay the 70 fee because of that).

What should I do?

Should I make him the appointment or just ignore the notice?

Thanks,

Maribel

talk with your lawyer, I donot think finger print is need for a minor who is less than 14 years of age. Try calling Service center took they might have sent by mistake
