fingerprint after PD becomes current

I first had code 3 biometrics in June, 2005, and since then i haven't got any notice about the second biometrics maybe because the priority date(may 2003) was not current. Then, the visa bulletin says that for the next month, which is May 2007, the PD will be Aug 2003. So, i guess my I485 would be approved soon next month. Question is if they take the second biometrics from me again. If any of you has experienced similar case, please advise me on this. Thanks

Should expect 2nd FP

I am told that an FP is valid only for 15 months. Many of them have received 2nd FP notice in such cases..and within a month or so they get 485 approved. Again, this is subject to your name check being cleared. Good luck.

I have almost exactly the same case as yours. I guess I should be waiting to get a notice for a new FP. I will keep you updated if anything happens. Please let me know if your file also get updated.
 
I got my 2nd FP notice after 20 months! and my PD is also not current!
Do they randomly send FP notices?
 
Waiting for 2nd FP

I did my first FP on Aug 2005 as of now i didn't get 2nd FP. When i callled USCIS National Center 10 times - finally i got one lady and said "TSC has no slots for the months of may & june. So they didn't scheduled, now i am doing wait for 30 days". it is almost 20 days passed... nothing came.

Any suggestions....

same case... i took infopass and spoke with immigraiton office... they said they don't have any info... i asked my attorney to send a mail to service center and find out what is the problem for not getting FP, as lot of them already go it... no info yet... anybody any updates.. pls to post or reply.. thnks
