It has been two weeks since I got the NOA receipts but I did not get the FP letter yet. and my I-485 online status is still "acceptance" . I looked at the timeframes here, most people get thire FP letter right after the NOA letters. I am so worry about my case....:confused:
any advice would be appreciate!
 
Relax. It takes up to a month after the PD to get your FP notice. Especially with the holiday break things get slowed up a bit...
 
I can think of two reasons why you might not have received your appointment notice for fingerprinting:
1. Have you been fingerprinted within the last 15 months for USCIS? Fingerprints are valid for 15 months, and if you have been fingerprinted recently there is no need to be fingerprinted again.
2. USCIS website says a majority of the appointment notices are sent out within 30 days of the application being received. However, they try to send them out 14 days before the appointment. It could be there is a backlog of appointments at the Application Support Center for your area.

The only other recommendation is to call the 800 number for USCIS and ask them.

I have not have any fingerfrinted within 15 months. I guess I should relax and have my fingers crossed and back to my routine...

Received emails with our receipt numbers on Friday. However, we haven't received the official receipt notices by postal mail yet. I think the snowstorm might of delayed the mail. I try to check my online status for my cases, but neither of them are coming up. The email I got said to wait to receive the official receipt notices by mail before checking. How long does it take for the cases to be in the online case status thing?
