Finger Prints

How long will it to receive finger prints.


My I140 Rd 05/15/03 ( Approved on Sep 23 2003)
EAD Rd 05/15/03 ( Approved on Aug 05 2003)
I-485 RD 05/15/03 ( Still Pending )


I did not receive any letter for finger prints..does any one know how long its taking to receive finger print letter.

I think people who applied before march have gotten their FP , but people who applied after march haven't gotten their FP's, so one of my friend called his lawyer who in turn called the NSC (Nebraska service center) and got back the message saying that NSC has stopped issuing FP as they have enough of backlogs and also that the FP's are expiring within 15 months and that they are not able to adjugate within 15 months, so i think it will be a while until you get your FP, no need to worry, i think this is their standard operating procedure which changes every month!!

It is really a good thing.

My friend (Concurrent) and
me (after approved I140)
applied same time (may'03) for I 485.

My friend got FP withing 2 months and I have not received any thing so far.

Asking about FP, after prior processing is done ,by USCIS was a old trend , which is really good.
