Finger prints issue

Hi,
My wife gave her 2nd finger prints on 12/20/2004 and it didn't reflected on her case status as of now. I have no idea how to check on this one with USCIS?? I don't know where to start?? whether with USCIS first or FBI?? Can somebody give me an idea on how to proceed on this one??
