My wife got finger print notice for march 1
5th in Des Moines. Right now we are in Minneapolis at client's place.
Can we goto local INS and ger finger prints done. Since this is our temporary stay in Minneapolis, is there any problem if we go to local INS, does USCIS assume that we moved? any other risks?
If it is Ok, do we have to take appoitment in local INS.
