Finger Prints FAX enquiry did worked for me.

I faxed on August 17 to the first number but I did not got the response. Again I faxed to the second number on August 29th. They have actually faxed the Finger Print appointment notice itself on August 30th. I should get the original in mail in few days.
It is scheduled for 09/26/2001 and I will try to do it before itself. By the way I live in Chicago but the company is based in CSC area.

I want to thank 10000000000000001 times to the person (sorry I forgot his/her name) who posted the Finger Print enquiry sheet on this site. If you did not got your FP and your ND > 120 days then use the below Finger Print FAX enquiry sheet (it is the last page - page5).

Attorney signed the Fax paper and sent it to me. Then i filled all the information with hand and faxed to CSC.

The form itself has the FAX numbers. Any way the numbers given by azcowboy007 are correct.
