Finger Printing

I recently got the notice for finger printing in San Jose, CA. Do I have to reach the office by the appointed hour or do I have to reach very early (like I have heard people go for stamping so early). I appreciate the help.

You don't have to go early. In that office, INS don't do anything but FP. Even if you go at 10AM, you should be out of there in 10-15 minutes.
