Finger Printing

My wife had Finger printing done on 21st Jan 2005. The website still says the same message with no change in update date. Is it normal?

In my case Website got updated in a week( May 2004) saying that. We have received the results of finger printing and processing has been resumed in your case.....
Do I need to do anything?

Any help is appreciated.

In my case, my online status did not change for the results of my 2nd FP both for me and my wife. I know they have received the results of my 2nd FP because right now both me and my wife have pending RFEs. Just want to add that my 1st FP both for me and my wife also did not reflect any online status change.


Base on this forum, some people received updates online and some people does not. I've read in this forum that you can call the FBI (sorry, I don't know the number) to verify the finger printing results.
