Finger Printing

Dear Folks:

I got my 2nd stage documentation request - Police Certificate from India, FBI Certificate from US, Funds statements, Medical Documentation etc.

I was able to get everything except the FBI Certificate. I had submitted my first set of finger prints on a card and they were returned by the FBI saying that the Finger prints were not able to be deciphered by the automated system. I then submitted a reprint and for that also the FBI has said they are not able to read with the automated system.

I am wondering if i can use the Livescan system - go to some place here in Bay area (I live in the Bay area) and get the finger prints transmitted electronically to the FBI..

Has anyone tried this before?

If so could you please tell me what paperwork is needed / what documents i would need from the Canadian Consulate General.

If you can also recommend me a place here in the Bay area, i would appreciate it.

I want to know what happened later. Did u request additional time for all this as you could not get this done in stipulated 90 days, if so, did u send Fax to CIC?? I live in Austin Texas, where can I go to get this fingerprinting done?? Is there any form I should download? Any one , pls. help.

Finger Print

Go to local police station to get the finger print card and mail it to FBI. Expect 2 month of processing time.
