finger printing - where and how

I want to go for finger printing.

Where do i go for that.

Is police station the following option?

The problem is I am travelling and am not in my home state

Call the police stations in the state you are in. There are some police stations who would do finger printing and some wouldn't. If they ask why do you need it, tell them it's for "Canadian Immigration". Once you get the finerprinting done, mail it to FBI along with their fee.
