Finger Printing Tomorrow

Hi Guys, I have finger printing tomorrow in Boston, INS.
I am taking the notice with me.
what other information is needed?

I will take the passport & drivers license. ANything else?
do i need to be aware of any other info?

btw, i changed my address. i havend notified INS yet. Should i be talking about that tomorrow?

When did you file for you 485 ? . Is this your first FP notice ?. I was wondering as to how long it takes to get a FP notice .

It says on the notice what to take. We just took FP notice and id (DL or passport), that's it. This was in newark. I dont think it's different anywhere else.
dont know abt address. U could ask them, I guess

Take following with you:

1) FP notice
2) Photo ID (Passport or Drivers License)
3) I-485 receipt
4) EAD (if you have one)

How did you get the notice? , did you get it directly or through your Lawyer .

Why should anyone take more documents than specified in the notice ? if you have any address change maybe it makes sense otherwise I fail to understand. I know it is good to be safe rather than sorry. For trivial things like FP, if people start to worry, it simply aggravates psycho-somatic conditions.

Take it is easy guys. Acquiring GC should not be a process which requires one to be overly cautious and change your life habits. Live freely and happily.

i agree. i guess we worry a lot more than we have to.
i just took my passport, license & fp notice.

but soemtimes i understan peoples concern on taking more documents...as the guy at teh counter asked for my ead card. i said i didnt bring that & gave him my passport instead.

he took it. anyway the fp went fine. i am not sure of the other things...

have a question though. i am not married now, but my 140&485 filed concurrent. i did my fp yesterday. now if i get married in 2 months, can i add my wife? what about her fp, ead and stuffs?
