Finger printing results

Hi,

We have given finger prints on Feb 17th,2005. I am little nervous about my finger printing results as I have got peeled skin on my right thumb. When I was doing finger printing, the machine showed as Pass. Today I called FBI and I was told that my finger printing results sent to CIS on 17th itself. Does it mean my finger prints were cleared by FBI ?? pl. reply on this

Based on what i have read on this site previously,

your fingerprints are ok if fbi sent it to cis. Did you do electronic printing or paper? If electronic, what does the peeled skin part look like, broken ridges? no ridges? I have similar problem.

I had my finger printing on machine and it showed 'PASS' . I don't remember it showed 'Ridge Breaks'. So If finger prints are not clear, FBI would'nt send it to CIS right ?

FBI told me that my finger prints have processed and sent to CIS on the same day I did my finger printing ? Can I interpret this as my finger prints were cleared.

gcluckyr, How did you contact FBI to find out if they processed your finger prints and sent the results back to CIS?

FBI sent to INS

If we give finger print and FBI send to INS. then Any online message changed ? how long it takes to change online message ?

I had broken Ridges

When I went for FP at the ASC, atleast 3 fingers showed "Broken Ridges" on the computer screen and did NOT pass. The lady tried 3 times and then she moved to next fingers. I thought she will come back to the fingers that showed "broken ridge" but she did not. At the end she called the QA person and then they said that I am done.

Does that mean that for 3 fingers the computer did not accept but the QA cleared them. I did not know at all what to do but now I think I can call FBI and find out the results. Please share your thoughts.

LUD for myself changed today and not for wife . As I already mentioned in this thread that We have given finger prints on Feb 17th,2005. and about peeled skin on my right thumb. When I called FBI and I was told that my finger printing results sent to CIS on 17th itself.

LUD change is good or bad ??

when you call FBI, Did you talked to someone or is it automated status...I want check my FP status... I did on Jan 14th, still no LUD or message changes...
