Finger Printing question?

I would like to know how far back USCIS check finger print? My brother in-law entered in US in 1994 with different name. When he entered in US at the airport his fp was taken on card then he left US in 1995 and came back again to US on H1b in 2000 with real name. His current employer has filed for his GC. If he goes for FP at USCIS may be after one year (because his I-140 is not approved yet) will his FP will show two different name?

I will appreciate for your answer.
