Finger Printing question (what does this mean?)

PD: 12/29
ND: 1/12
FP: 1/20

I called FBI and they mentioned that they have transferred the results to INS on 1/20. Does this mean that the quality of finger prints was good? the technician had a very difficulty in getting my finger prints.
 
Yes...if FBI has sent your fingerprints back to USCIS, then it usually means that your fingerprints are alright.
 
Same here. 5-6 times each 'easy' finger, >20 attempts each 'difficult' finger, and red marks all over the screen... FBI said explicitly, that 'they were able to process' my FP.

I understand that as I should not receive second FP NOA. What a wild ride.
