Finger Printing..Ques..

Hello All,

My Case:

RD June 03
ND July 03

EAD and AP- Oct 03

I140 Approved

I have not recd any Finger printing notice as of date.
Have anyone recieved thier FP Notice from VSC after July 03 filing?

Also, I have completed over 180 days of I485, now would changing my home address be a concern? or would that be OK if I changed my Address, if I change the state, would my case be transfered to the concerned Center?

Also, is there a process that says that we cannot change address or employment till we get the 1st FP done etc?

Kindly let me know ASAP

I have recieved FP2 and is scheduled for May 18th (RD: 08/29/2002).

Changing address should not pose any problems. Many folks has done that and for most of them it triggered an activity on their cases.

So cross your fingers, you will hear back from them very soon.
