Hello All,

My Case: VSC...
485..
RD June 03
ND July 03

EAD and AP- Oct 03

I140 Approved

I have not recd any Finger printing notice as of date.
Have anyone recieved thier FP Notice from VSC after July 03 filing?

Also, I have completed over 180 days of I485, now would changing my home address be a concern? or would that be OK if I changed my Address, if I change the state, would my case be transfered to the concerned Center?

Also, is there a process that says that we cannot change address or employment till we get the 1st FP done etc?

Kindly let me know ASAP

I have the same situation. Same dates as yours and no FP notice yet.

However, I changed my address in October 2003 and my lawyer called up BCIS to update the address. Recvd. a written confirmation from BCIS that the address was updated..

Now, am planning to move again and will be changing the address for the second time.
