Finger printing OCT'2002 FILERS

Did any one filed during OCT'2002 receive finger printing recently ?
I have seen lot of folks who filed during NOV'2002 AND DEC'2002 receiving finger print during last two weeks.

Mine is 10/2002 RD for 140/485... I did my first FP in Jul'03, it's going to expire by the end of this month!

I spoke to my attroney (based in houston), on 17th' september he received bunch (about 30) of finger prints for people who filed during november and december 2002. He said everyone who filed during 2002 should receive finger print (the ones who have received yet) pretty soon........

Does 'pretty soon' mean 'a year'?

'Pretty soon' means 'in the next 6 months' and the statement is re-evaluated everyday.

I am a oct 2002 filer. My wife is my dependent and filed in may 2003. She got a fp notice so I went alongwith her and told them to take my fingerprints as well. They did and it has been more than 10days since then but my or her status is not updated yet.
