Hi,
I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently on September 27th.
I did not get my finger printing notice yet.
My spouse got the EAD card, AP, and finger printing notice for I-485.
I did not apply for my EAD or AP since I have my H1 visa for 4 more years.
Am I not supposed to get the finger printing notice?
Since I am the primary applicant I am supposed to get the finger printing notice before my spouse gets it right? Could someone please clear my doubts on this?
