Finger Printing Notice

Would someone PLEASE advice what one should do...
Filed 485 on oct 2002 and have not received finger printing notice till now.....
VERY VERY worried...
Should I ask my lawyer to fax a letter to TSC?
PLEASE can someone share his/her experince with me?
What should one do?
Has anyone who filed around oct 2002 received FP notice?
How and where can one get the current processing dat for FP?
 
Don't worry about it yet. My lawyer told me that only if your case is before March 2002, then USCIS would consider manually sending you a fingerprint notice.

You still have time since October 2002 is still another 7 months away.

isn't the manual FP scheduling date March 2002? Did u get in touch with TSC?
 
another October 02 w/o FP... we haven't even waited 2 years so nothing to worry about except being pissed. If we are going to get a GC before October we will be considered lucky compared to some of the guys here. Of course this is not an excuse for TSC.
 
No FP here too. ND is Jul 02. Recently post a question if any1 receives FP for 2002 pl post msg so we will at least have idea where we stand ?

My wife and I got our FP in January of this year.
