Finger Printing not updated on website?

Just making sure if this is normal:

Got my 2nd Finger Printing done on Aug-6 but the message on website has not been updated. My wife got 2nd FP done 4 months ago and I remember they updated her status to "FP done ..." in a couple of days.

Is it quite usual for VSC to not update the website? Do I need to call someone to confirm that they have received my FP?

I have given my finger prints on 7/30 and FBI have cleared my finger prints on the same day and sent back to VSC, but till today they have not updated my info.

My wife given her finger prints on 5/5/04 and her results were not updated till today, we can never know how VSC works.
 
How did you confirm that?

very normal. They just do not update it sometimes.

My 2nd FP never got updated for over 8 months.

My 2nd FP nover got updated on the USCIS website but I got my I485 approval after over 8 months of my 2nd FP.

I did my FP2 in June, 2004.
LUD changed in a couple of days, but the message remained the same (FP1).
Since then no changes in the message nor LUD.
