Finger Printing--NJ..Question

I moved from CT to NJ and My wife got finger ptint notice to attend at CT, hartford office on March 4th, 2005.
But we went to india for vacation for one month and returned back on march 9th.
We went to CT finger prints office and they asked us to goto NJ office and she wrote on it to see some person.
On Saturday, their systems were broken and asked us to come on any weekday at 8:00AM.
My question is: on weekdays, will there be any queue? How early do we need to go there? I can get one hr permission but not a day-off.
Please help me.
