Finger Printing . kindly reply

I had my finger printing done in May 2002 and as of today the AVM says received finger printing results and processing resumed.

My wife had her finger printing done on the same day in MAY 2002 and the AVM gives the message that they received I 485 and it will take XXX days . No info on the finger printing status.

Should I try to talk to IIO or is this normal.

Kindly comment on this situation. I am the primary applicant.

Speak to Ur lawyer or try an IIO

Hmm..thi should not have happenned. Me & My wife got FPed in June , and pretty soon (lees than a week as I remember), the message changed for both of us. Anyway I've heard a lot of cases where the message fails to change.

Better speak to your lawyer (if you have one), otherwise, I guess the only resort would be to try to speak to an IIO
