What other reasons can be for FP?

How long does it takes to get FP notice after filing 140/485 concurently from Vermont center?

finger print for EAd ...renewal of GC ...there might some more reasons.

other reason I can think of is if you are applying for any other country immigration and you lived in USA for more than 6 months than you have to get FBI FP and your country of citizenship's Police Certificate.
