Finger Printing for wife not received - Any advice

Hi guys,
I am the primary applicant and I received my finger printing notice a month ago. My wife who applied 485 with me hasn\'t received hers yet and couldn\'t get finger printed. I live close to SFO. Can I just go to the SF INS and talk to them? If so whom should I talk to? Any advice is appreciated.

some people had same situation: they got the notice at ASC, some people failed to do that. just take your wife with you and take R.Notice, EAD card.
What is your WAC # and ND ?
