Finger Printing expiry

Guys,

I have been watching other folks writing My Finger printing expired, need to go for another one soon...etc.

I gave my finger print 1 1/2 years ago and still waiting. Is this some thing I need to take initiative or the INS will ask me to go for second finger print?

The BCIS will contact you when you need to repeat your finger prints. You can go earlier than the time on the request from the BCIS (as many on this forum have done) - but you need the second finger print notice with you.
