Finger Printing done but AVM is not updated

I did my finger printing on Nov 23rd in San Francisco but the AVM still says that "We received your application....It is taking between 999 days to process this kind of application.

I do not know what is going on. My details are as follows:
RD: 05/01/2002
ND: 07/005/2002
F.P : 11/23

Any idea what might be going wrong?
