Earlier I had posted that I have got my FP office and my wife did not receive hers. I was planning to go to the ASC and ask for her FP notice notice. But She got her FP notice yesterday by mail and we completed our FP in advance today.
Details :
RD:2/15/2001, ND:/3/13/2001, FP done : 8/31/2001 actually it was scheduled for 9/6/2001
One more thing I would like to mention is I did FAX enquiry through my attorney because I did not receive FP for 5 months and I got my FP notice within a week. So If there are guys out there with ND 3/2001 please do a FAX inquiry.
