Finger printing at charlotte...URGENT HELP NEEDED

I have received my second finger print notice today(no online update) to be done next friday 2,sep at chastain ave,charlotte,NC.Only i got the fp notice,nothing for my wife.Iam leaving for india on 1,sep thursday for a month and i need to reschedule it.Has any one had any experience with early fp in charlotte,do they entertain early FP? Iam worried bcoz,I called USCIS twice now,as usual rude and no help,this is what i got from them "Read the notice and do what it says".To add to that,they said the office is open from mon-fri where as USCIS website says open tue-sat.There is no phone number to contact that office either.Its a 5 hr drive for me.If i want to do an early FP i want to be sure the exact days they are open.
I really appreciate every bit of help.

Note:my approval is long overdue.I lost complete hope.When ever i call uscis they initiate an enquiry,but nothing happened so far.no hlep from lawyer.finally i contacted senator and i guess that is why i got the fp notice (only for me,not for my wife)
 
You can plan for early FP

Charlotte Processing Center entertains early FP. I think they have exteded office hours now. Its better to go after 2 PM. You can find detailed address at uscis.gov website.

I think early FP is possible. We did ours together.
We have a couple of friends, the husband and the wife's FP were not the same day. They went together and the officer had theirs done togother.
The office hours is 7am-10pm now, I'm not sure if they open on Sat.
They have 2 shift: 7am-1:45pm and 1:45pm till they close the office.
I think after 2 is good time. We had an appointment at 7pm, we arrived at 1:30, the lady said we had to wait to the next shift. So we went like 3ish.
And had them done like in 30 mins.
Just go for it, and try to talk to them nicely, they will let you do it!

FP experience at charlotte

I went for my FP on saturday at around 7.30 am.They were very friendly.They let me and my wife do our FP even though my wife dnt have her appointment letter.Going early was the best thing,we were out in one hour.thank you every one for the valuable advice.
Now its up to USCIS,if they want to sit on my case or approve it....
