Finger Printing Appointment

Hello folks

I wonder if anyone was in my situation.

I have recently sent a request to reschedule my finger prints to the local office. My initial appointment was in august 5th and I have requested them to postpone for 2 months or so.

Now I am thinking if I did correct thing?
I am thinking if I should go for the finger printing appointment and get it done looking at all the uncertainity etc.

Will the AOS let me finger print on the 5th of august if I go to the office with my duplicate notice which was sent to my home and not the original notice ?
