finger printing appointment not received? where to contact

Its been more than 2 months i applied for naturalization. I have not received the letter for fingerprinting..
I was denied first time saying i applied a month early. I am little worried as last time after applying within 2 months i was done with finger printing.
this time its 2 months passed after applying, not received the finger printing appointment letter either.
tried calling the toll free number, but you know how useful it is.
so please anybody can advise, please do so .

Call the INS (uscis) customer service number.The tollfree number. I believe fingerprint rescheduling is one of the few things they can do for you over the phone.
