Finger Printing and Mail Forwarding

Hi,

Does the U.S. postal service forward finger print notices
to new mailing addresses. I\'ve heard they don\'t.

I am going through an attorney, so he will receive a courtesy
copy. Is the courtesy copy sufficient proof when I go down to
the INS to get finger printed.
