We sent our I-140 and I-485,EAD and AP applications concurrently on 31-Oct-02 to NSC. Till now, we haven't received any receipt notice. I have a couple of questions:
1. When I receive the receipt notice, what will be the RD and ND? Will that be 01-Nov-02 or something else?
2. Can we go for finger printing on our own without getting a notice from INS by showing our I-485 receipt?
3. How the 180 days portability works with concurrent filing? The start date is from the filing date of I-140/I-485 or from the approval date of I-140?
Can anybody throw some light?
