Hi there,
Here is my case filed through Vermont center:
I-140(EB-2):EAC-04-028-XXXXX
I-485:EAC-04-028-XXXXX
I-765:EAC-04-028-XXXXX
RD:11/06/2003
ND:11/10/2003

None of the above has been approved yet.
Also, no RFE ...
Moreover, I haven't got any notification for Finger printing.

Could somebody tell how long does it take to get the notification?
Is there any possible problem with my case?
Any suggestion/s?

none of them got approved

one RFE on EAD ( Photo copies of my passport and drivers license)

No replies yet..
