Finger print was rejected, have to do it again

can anybody tell me what this mean? This means finger print is not clear at the first time, or means there is something wrong in FBI Records?
 
when did u get this rejection notice

I mean -how long did it take to get this notice after you have given finger prints in INS?
 
3 weeks after first finger print.

INS send me the second one, and teold me that the first one was rejected.
 
dont worry about it.

I heard from my friend that sometimes INS takes incorrect finger prints and they will realise it later and INS will send again a FP notice.So it is not ur fault.
