I filed 140 EA around Mar/2003 (concurrent filing) and the finger printed at 05/0?/2003 (forgot precise date) for both my wife and me. I received a notice to go for another finger print at earlier November, 2003.
Frist, is it normal to finger print twice?
Second, if I need to go twice, why doesn't my wife recive notice?
Third, does it mean my 140 (or 485) is on officer's desk?
